Fitness and Health-Science



1)     Everyday, I wake up at 6:15 to do some yoga, jump rope, run some laps or HULA HOOP!!!!! I always drink something with sugar such as Pocari, Coffee, Milk tea, Milk or Lemon Tea. At school, I have the hot lunch, which is usually pasta or rice. For dinner, I mostly have rice and soup. Now it is rarely cream Soup. Usually a veggie soup, For breakfast, I eat cereal, bread or congee.
2)     The congee, cereal, and bread I eat is full of grain or starch, grain is full of starch anyway. The veggie soups I drink everyday is Full of starch and glucose.  Usually, when I eat meat, I can be very picky about what I eat.
3)                               Mondays: I always take a ten-minute dangerous walk passing cars to the Piano school. This exercises my legs and                 since the short cut reeks of dog poo,
Tuesdays: Everyday, After school there is the after school activities, Dancing! Last year at school, I did teakwando.
Wednesday: During school, There is PE. I usually come back from school and mostly sit down to do my homework. After that, I would sometimes jump rope.
Thursday: I have PE and after school, I go to Kumon.
Friday: After school, I have horse riding
Every morning I always get up to play Chase the Hamsters/Dog or I do some yoga.

    If you do, you should copy it, and run on one of those treadmills.
